Our Story and Mission
Who We Are
Global Missions of Mercy (GMM) was established in 2002 by the late William "Bubba" Carson and his wife, Sarita, in response to the widespread starvation among indigenous Ch'orti' people in Guatemala. Over the years, GMM has evolved into a thriving organization with a 5-day-a-week feeding program and a K-9th grade Christian school. This education, at no cost to the students, empowers the youth to break the cycle of extreme poverty in their villages.

Global Missions of Mercy (GMM) is dedicated to following God's Great Commission by feeding the minds, bodies, and souls of impoverished children and families living in the mountain villages of Chiquimula, Guatemala.
